A 3,000+ square-foot tenant build-out transformed an existing space within an active strip retail center in West Palm Beach, Florida, into one of Qdoba Mexican Eats’ first locations in the South Florida market. Working within an established retail environment, our team carefully coordinated construction activities to minimize disruption to surrounding businesses while bringing Qdoba’s restaurant concept to life.

The project involved converting the existing space into a fully functional restaurant designed to support both efficient back-of-house operations and a welcoming customer environment. From interior construction and finishes to the installation of the infrastructure required for a busy fast-casual restaurant, we focused on delivering a space that aligned with Qdoba’s operational and brand requirements.
