The TownePlace Suites by Marriott was a ground-up hospitality project completed in 2017 for Cranberry Springs Development. Spanning 59,047 square feet and featuring 96 guest rooms, the hotel was designed to offer a comfortable, welcoming environment for both short- and extended-stay travelers.

Working closely with the owner, design team, and trade partners, our team managed the project from site development through completion. Throughout construction, we focused on quality craftsmanship, thoughtful coordination, and keeping the project moving smoothly from start to finish.
