Franjo Construction completed the mixed-construction residential building, combining a two-story steel and concrete podium with five stories of wood-frame construction to maximize efficiency and long-term performance.

Designed to enhance the resident experience, the building features 84 apartment homes along with a fitness center, a seventh-floor rooftop deck, and structured parking. A Parkmatic automated parking system provides an innovative solution for resident parking while maximizing the site’s available footprint.
