Franjo Construction delivered the ground-up construction of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh/Southpointe. Located within the Southpointe Business Park, the 90-room hotel was designed to provide a comfortable, modern destination for both business and leisure travelers visiting the region.

From the initial site work through final completion, our team managed the hotel’s construction with a focus on quality, coordination, and attention to detail. The completed property features guest rooms and suites, meeting space, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and welcoming common areas that support both short- and extended stays.
